The Business Systems, Strategy and Innovation team is here to support the department and its stakeholders with fit for purpose technology, and business system solutions.

Our mission is to provide strategic advice derived from proven industry knowledge and business analysis, supporting business functions to leverage existing and emerging technologies.

We seek to identify and deliver innovative business systems solutions that facilitate collaboration, integration, and enhanced capability across the department.

Working with department stakeholders, we support technology projects end to end from initial requirements gathering and advice, through the tendering process, project planning, systems development, through to implementation of new systems as well as adding new features and capabilities to existing systems.
