We work closely with managers and employees, anticipating emerging issues and providing specialist advice and support in the areas of health, safety and wellbeing. We coordinate, develop and implement programs including wellbeing, and manage projects to achieve better business outcomes.

We support the day-to-day work in recruitment, establishment, payroll, HR systems and workers compensation. We manage the department’s human resource systems and human resource related delegations and develop a range of workforce reports.

We work closely with managers and employees, anticipating emerging issues and providing specialist advice and support resolution of complex employee relations matters. 
We coordinate, develop and implement programs including managing policy coordination and responsibility for the branch’s intranet.
We provide a Business Partnering service; supporting employees and providing advice and coaching managers to deliver good people management outcomes across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
