We are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our people through the provision of a confidential and impartial Employee Assistance Program. Our EAP service offers initial support and assistance if you and your immediate family members have personal and/or work related issues that may impact on your well-being, performance, safety, morale and psychological health. As well as providing support for dealing with your emotional health it can also provide advice and strategies for dealing with a host of life issues. Early help with a minor issue may prevent it developing into a major one.

Our provider
We have partnered with Converge International to provide you with a program that helps you deal with the challenges, concerns or issues that may be affecting you at work or at home. This service gives you access to four (4) sessions with qualified professionals including psychologists, social workers and management coaches for each situation.

Appointment times are confirmed at the time of the call or within 24 hours of making contact. If you need to cancel a booking Converge ask that you provide them with 24 hours’ notice. Please note that cancellations will be billed to the department and may impact on approvals for further sessions.
Online booking system
You can book an appointment online through the online booking system. To make a booking you will need to use our organisation code DEPTOZQO to confirm your eligibility for EAP sessions.
Through the online booking system you are able to book face-to-face sessions, as well as telehealth appointments. You have the ability to manage your sessions including, cancelling and rescheduling appointments, book follow up appointments, check your entitlements and update your personal details.
